As I’ve mentioned in my last post, I’m not going to use this blog to post anything business or ‘make money online’ related. It turns out this post is sort of business related. 

I’m using Skype all day and seven days a week.  It’s a good tool – but could be a lot better. I’m a business user and I pay for my calls, and for some of my employees. Overall I like working with Skype but there is something very annoying about Skype and that is that you are being asked to send the call feedback back to Skype. It’s okay that you’re asking your clients for feedback. We do that too on occasion but not after every freaking time you make a call!!! I found a way to disable the Skype spam on one of the Skype forums, and here it is.

 

Disable the Skype Feedback Window/Popup.

• Edit your config.xml file in c:\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Skype\[Skype Username]
• Remove entire section bound by <StatsSender> at the beginning and <\StatsSender> at the end.
• Save
• Quit & Restart Skype

BTW, I’m already working on it, and tomorrow I’ll post my first Uberman experience article. I started about a month ago – and what a month it was with lots of ups and downs. I stopped with the sleep program for a couple of days, but today I started it back up again – with some big changes too, I might add but more about that tomorrow.
